Extract of réglement of the exposures (into force to the 01.01.1999) This general information is given as information, they are reproduced on the sheets of engagements in the exposures, accompanied by the conditions particular to each exposure (schedules, confirmations, closures engagements, classes in which the dogs can be engaged, names of the judges, etc…) CLASSES IN WHICH THE DOGS CAN BE ENGAGE CLASSIFY PUPPILLE (PUPPY) - For the dogs from 6 to 9 months CLASSIFY YOUNG PERSON - For all old dogs from 9 to 18 months. This class gives right to attribution of the Excellent qualifier, but does not give right to the C.A.C.S. nor to the C.A.C.I.B. CLASSIFY INTERMEDIATE - For all old dogs from 15 to 24 months. This class gives right to attribution of the Excellent qualifier, and gives right to the C.A.C.S. nor to the C.A.C.I.B. OPEN CLASS - For the dogs having reached 15 month the minimum age and limitation above, at the day of opening of the exposure. This class gives right to attribution of the C.A.C.S. in competition with the class Intermédiaire Work, to the attribution of the C.A.C.I.B in competition with the class Intermédiaire, Travail and the Champion class. CLASSIFY VETERAN - For all the old dogs of more than 7 years for all the races. CLASSIFY WORK - For the dogs having reached 15 month the minimum age and limitation above, at the day of opening of the exposure and holders of a notebook of work mentioning the rewards obtained. A photocopy will be joined to the sheet of engagement. Titrate obtained before the closing date of engagements. This class gives right to attribution of the C.A.C.S. in competition with the Intermédiaire class and Opened, with the attribution of the C.A.C.I.B in competition with the class Intermédiaire, Ouverte and Champion classifies it. CLASSIFY CHAMPION - Reserved exclusively for the declared dogs National Champions of Beauties of the Member States of the F.C.I and International Champions of the 15 month old F.C.I to the day of the exposure. A photocopy of the homologation will be joined to the sheet of engagement. CLASSIFY GROUP - For three dogs belonging to the same owner engaged in individual class. CLASSIFY EVEN - For 2 dogs of sex opposed, or of the same sex, pertaining to the same owner, engaged in clase individual. CLASSIFY COUPLE - For 2 of the same dogs sex, pertaining to the same owner, engaged in clase individual. BATCH Of BREEDING - Only class being able to be made up with the post. For five dogs of the same race and variety, without reference to sex, already engaged in an individual class, born in the same producer but being able to belong to different exhibitors. PACK - For six dogs (Current Dachshunds, Burrows or Dogs) minimum, of the same race, of the same size and preferably of the same dress, without reference to sex and pertaining to the same owner, of which three puevent being engaged in an individual class. For the packs of Fox terriers and Dachshunds, one needs at least six dogs of the same variety and whose owner can justify: maybe that 3 of its dogs have the titles necessary to reach the Travail class: maybe that the owner is titular certificate of pack delivered by the D.D.A. of his department for the practice of hunting under ground. NOT CONTRIBUTING - For the dogs not presented at the judgement, having already obtained a C.A.C.S. in exposure. REFUSAL OR EXCLUSION: 1) of engagements: The organizing company reserves the right to refuse all engagements which it will believe not to have to admit and to refund them even after having accepted them. 2) of the dogs: (with their entry or in the course of exposure): has) those refused by the veterinary service; b) those which would have been substituted for the really committed dogs. Engagements in these cases are not refunded. c) those noncommitted whose entry in the enclosure of the exposure is formally prohibited. D) those whose engagement “with the post” would be required. JUDGEMENTS - the judges officiate under their personal liability. It can be assisted in their boxing ring of a secretary, an assessor, a police chief of boxing ring. The judgements are without calls and final as soon as marked. The timorous or aggressive dogs will be automatically eliminated by the judge. To in no case the dogs absent at the time of the judgement will not be examined thereafter. CACS - the CACS can be granted only to one dog classified 1st “Excellent” in class Intermédiaire, Ouverte or Travail classifies some provided that it is of exceptional merit (this reward not accompanying automatically the first place). The judges make the proposals of CACS without having to check if those meet the conditions of age and inscription to a Book of Origin recognized. It belongs to the SCC de s'assurer pour l'homologation du CACS que les chiens satisfont aux conditions imposées. Si le chien classé 2ème est de qualité équivalente à celui ayant obtenu le CACS, il peut lui être accordé la RCACS. Celle-ci peut être convertie en CACS si le chien proposé pour le CACS : a) ne peut prétendre à l'homologation de cette récompense en raison de son âge ou de ses origines, b) s'il a déjà le titre de Champion National de Beauté. Les CACS ne sont valables qu'après leur homologation par la SCC. CACIB - Les propositions du CACIB ne sont autorisées que dans les classes : Ouverte, Travail et Champion. Dans ces trois classes, seuls peuvent être engagés les chiens ayant atteints l'âge minimum de 15 mois à la date d'ouverture de l'exposition. L'engagement simultané dans ces trois classes est interdit. La classe jeune ne peut prétendre au CACIB. Les juges font les propositions de CACIB d'après les mérites absolus du chien sans avoir à vérifier si ceux-ci remplissent les conditions d'âge et d'inscription à un Livre d'Origine reconnu. Il appartient alors à la FCI de s'assurer que les chiens proposés satisfont aux conditions imposées pour l'homologation du CACIB. Le CACIB ne peut être accordé qu'à un chien classé premier dans les "Excellents" (cette récompense n'accompagne pas automatiquement cette première place). Il est décerné au plus beau chien ayant obtenu le qualificatif "Excellent", à condition d'être de mérite exceptionnel. Les chiens proposés pour le RCACIB peuvent obtenir le CACIB si le chien proposé pour le CACIB : a) ne peut prétendre à l'homologation de cette récompense, en raison de son âge, de ses origines, etc. b) s'il a déjà le titre de Champion International. JUGEMENTS
CACS Les juges font les propositions de CACS sans avoir à vérifier si ceux-ci remplissent les conditions d'âge et d'inscription à un Livre d'Origine reconnu.
Il appartient à la SCC de s'assurer pour l'homologation du CACS que les
chiens satisfont aux conditions imposées. Si le chien classé 2ème est de qualité
équivalente à celui ayant obtenu le CACS, il peut lui être accordé la RCACS.
Celle-ci peut être convertie en CACS si le chien proposé pour le CACS :
CACIB Le CACIB ne peut être accordé qu'à un chien classé premier dans les "Excellents" (cette récompense n'accompagne pas automatiquement cette première place). Il est décerné au plus beau chien ayant obtenu le qualificatif "Excellent", à condition d'être de mérite exceptionnel.
